The Engagement process begins with our Guest Service Associates (GSAs) often opening the door to a neighbor's involvement beyond utilizing basic services. Basic Services such as day shelter, restrooms, showers, laundry, clothing, nourishment, and mail delivery are crucial for helping individuals maintain their dignity while meeting their immediate needs. These services help individuals maintain a sense of dignity, as well as provide a foundation from which to address long-term goals.
